Small, single, rosette-shaped flowers, 4-5 cm in diameter, composed of 14 delicate petals of a beautiful deep red. Compact shrub, ideal for growing in pots, grows up to 40-50 cm in height; lends itself to organic cultivation because it is very healthy and resistant to diseases. Since the small flowers do not have many petals, they are recommended as an edible decoration rather than as a food ingredient. Decoration^TM, among the roses of PGR's Edible Roses Collection, has the highest content of vitamin C and antioxidants and the greatest production of flowers during the season. It is advisable to consume fresh petals; from our tests, they cannot be stored for more than 5 days in the fridge (about 5 ° C).
