Double cupped flower 6 cm in diameter composed of 20-25 pink petals with an intense aroma. Among the first roses to bloom in the garden, it has a long and unique flowering. Very resistant to diseases, it grows up to 160 cm in height and 100 cm in width. The leaves are small green with silvery shades. Also known as “Pompon des Princes” it was selected before 1827 and it is one of the roses that passed the Ten-Year Rose Trials at the Longwood Garden; in 1993 it received a certificate of merit from the RHS (Royal Horticultural Society).
