Discovered by Grootendorst in 1923, this rugosa is one of the F.J. Grootendorst varieties. Its blooms are small (4 cm in diameter), a petal count of 30, double and with a rosette form. Grows hardy, strong and bushy to a height of 180 cm and a width of 120 cm. It's a repeat-flowering and has a slight fragrance. Highly disease-resistant.
