Double, large, cupped flower composed of about 30 -40 velvety dark red petals with an intense and pleasant aroma. Repeat-flowering, it grows up to 5 meters in height and 3 meters in width; the leaves are dark green. Selected by Charles Mallerin before 1938 in France, it is still a classic in many gardens.
