Medium large flower, with visible lemon yellow stamens, semi double, 10 cm in diameter, composed of 6 to 12 petals edged in red with white yellow center. The Betty Boop ™ has flowers borne in clusters and is very prolific: it blooms in coloured flushes throughout the season giving off a strong and fruity fragrance. It grows thick, dense, rounded up to 150 cm in height and 120 cm in width; healthy and disease resistant it has medium, shiny dark green foliage.

Selected by Tom Carruth in 1999 when it obtained the prestigious AARS (All American Rose Selection) award.
