The Marseillaise rose, selected by Delbard in 1976, has a large flower that is double, cupped and with many fragrant dark-red petals. Blooms repeatedly throughout the season and grows as a well-balanced bush to both a height and a spread of 120 cm; it's a healthy plant with a charming foliage.
