Selected by Kordes in 2001 but introduced in 2010, this magnificent rose of the Elegance collection has medium flowers, double, 8 cm in diameter, cupped, and filled with 40-50 light-yellow and slighty fragrant petals.

The Winter Sun is highly disease-resistent, grows upright and compact to a height of 80 cm and a spread of 50 cm. Excellent for cutting. Has achieved many awards, including: Gold Medal in Le Roeulx 2010 and in Baden-Baden 2010; Honourable Prize at the Casino Baden-Baden 2010 and the Certificate of Merit in Dublin 2010.
