Rediscovered in 1949 by Nancy Lindasay, this Damascena rose come from Iran and its blooms are light pink, very fragrant, full, very double and with a petal count of 40-60. It was well-known in ancient times for being used for the extraction of essential oils. Grows to a height of 180 cm and a width of 120 cm; quite healthy, it has light green leaves. The adult plants can easily produce up to 650-700 blooms in their only one flowering season.
