Sport of the much better known New Dawn (Dreer 1930). The bloom is quartered, double, with a petal count of 40 and a diameter of 10 cm, strongly scented; has retained the same blooming and colour features of its famous parent. Tolerates a partial shade and can be pot grown; can reach a height of 3 meters and a spread of 2,5 meters. Discovered by Jan Böhm in Czechoslovakia in 1935.
