A rose named after the famous French Navy officer and yachtsman. It is a sarmentose climbing rose that blooms in clusters of 5 per stem, that have a charming cupped form, very compact, double and with a petal count of more than 100. The flowers are 11 cm in diameter with a vermilion red colour with twists of crimson; the green foliage is healthy and dense. The plant has a medium disease-resistance and grows to a height of more than 2 meters, blooms generously and repeatedly and exhales a strong fragrance. Suitable, like most climbers, for the decorations of walls and pergolas.
