The Falstaff is an English rose with an Old rose style and its blooms are cupped (9 cm in diameter; petal count of 41-50) and with a dark crimson colour that fades into deep purple. It's usually cultivated as a gorgeous bush (height of 100-150 cm and a spread of 100-120 cm) but can grow as a small climber on a wall, pergola or pillar. Very hardy and strongly scented.
