The blooms is cream-white with blends of pink, 10 cm in diameter, double, globular, fragrant and with a petal count of more than 30. Repeat-flowering, grows vigorous to a height of 750 cm and spreads up to 300 cm. The branches have very few thorns and the leaves are large and dark green. Highly draught and disease-resistant and is also shade-tolerant. Discovered by Schwartz in 1879, it has been awarded by the Royal Horticultural Society with the Award of Garden Merit.
