The bloom is small, crimson red, very double, with a rosette form and a petal count of more than 65; in Spring it blooms beautifully and generously; slightly fragrant. The leaves are abundant and light green; grows thick and vigorous to a height of 450 cm; it has a moderate disease-resistance and can be pot-grown. Selected in the USA in 1939 by Niels J. Hansen.
