Constanze Mozart - Pretty Parfuma ® KORmaccap
The flower is elegant, double, and cup-shaped, about 6 cm in diameter, composed of more than 75 creamy pink petals with a strong fragrance. It is repeat-flowering and very resistant to diseases, growing upright and compact, reaching approximately 110 cm in height and 80 cm in width.
The foliage is medium-sized, dense, dark green, and semi-glossy.
Introduced by Kordes Rosen in 2012, it belongs to the Parfuma® Collection and was dedicated to Maria Constanze Weber (5 January 1762, Zell im Wiesental – 6 March 1842, Salzburg), an Austrian soprano who married the composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart on 4 August 1782. After Mozart’s early death in 1791, she later married the Danish diplomat Georg Nikolaus Nissen in 1809. The rose was named in her honor on the occasion of the 250th anniversary of her birth.
