Maigold ®

This Hybrid of Spinosissima is one of the first roses to bloom in spring. Selected by Kordes in 1953, it has fragrant amber-yellow semi-double blooms, 10 cm in diameter and a petal count of 14 to 30. Grows hardy, bushy, with branches full of reddish thorns up to a height of 350-400 cm and spreads up to 250 cm. Disease-resistant, it has glossy green leaves. It will bloom on branches that have been pruned the previous season.
