The Ancient Mariner ® - AUSoutcry

Perfect cup shaped, double flower composed of more than 40 bright pink petals with lighter edges; over time, each flower reveals a cluster of golden stamens. Re-flowering, it has a medium strong perfume. The branches are thick, straight, reaching 130cm in height and width. Selected by David Austin, it was introduced in 2015 and the name was inspired by Samuel Taylor Coleridge's epic poem, The Rime of the Ancient Mariner.
