Ile de Fleurs®

Semi-double, open cup-shaped flowers, 8 cm in diameter with dark red petals and yellow centre. Strongly scented, it is one of the best roses for hedges. Re-flowering and very resistant to diseases ( ADR 2018) it grows well bushed and upright. Reaches 120 cm in height and 70 cm in width. Medium bright green leaves. Loved by bees, the Ile de Fleurs® is suitable for growing in partial shaded areas; it produces rose hips. Presented by Kordes Rosen in 2019, it is included in the Heckenzauber® ( hedge magic) collection and has already been very successful in various international competitions: 2017 Gold Medal in Rome; 2018 Best perfumed rose in Le Roeulx ( public choice); 2020 Gold Medal in Warsaw. The name was chosen to seal the collaboration with L'Isola dei Fiori of Mainau in Lake Constance.
