Red Nostalgie Helmut Kohl Rose

Hybrid Tea rose named after the famous German statesman, with big blooms (10 cm), double, cupped, a petal count of 17-25, and a dark red colour. Repeat-flowering, hardy and quite disease-resistant, grows to a height of 80-100 cm and has a thick, glossy green foliage; on the upright and strong stems grows a single rose that is rain-resistant and makes an excellent cut-flower; it has been selected by Rosen-Tantau in 1996.
