A rose that grows well-balanced , upright, branched, vigorous, with a glossy light green foliage: one of the best yellow roses of David Austin. The corollas are medium sized, with a perfect cupped form, and a deep and bright sun-yellow colour. Grows to a height and spread of 120cm but if pruned correctly can also be used as a medium sized climber. It has the typical scent of roses that bear this colour: tea scent with notes of violet. It has been awarded by the Royal Horticultural Society with the Garden of Merit Award; it's an excellent rose for the garden.
